Job Description

The Hannibal Central School District is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Secondary Special Education Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team at Hannibal High School.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
• Be prepared to provide academic and behavioral support to students with a range of learning needs in inclusive and specialized settings.
• Have experience with or a willingness to support instruction in math and the sciences at the secondary level.
• Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that meets the diverse needs of all learners.

Job Qualifications

New York State Certification in Students with Disabilities (Grades 7–12).

Additional certifications in content areas such as Mathematics or Science are a plus!
